We are proud to be involved in the building of the new Greater Shepparton College. All of our departments ( Door Hardware, Sanitary Hardware & Locksmiths ) have been engaged to provide goods and services to this important community project.
Currently under construction by Hansen Yuncken, this enormous development is part of the VSBA ( Victorian School Building Authority ) Program.
The college’s new site will include;
- 3 ‘neighbourhoods’ made up of 3 ‘houses’. Each house will host around 300 students
- an Enterprise and Innovation Centre for arts, sciences, hospitality, technology, student support, wellbeing and careers
- specialised learning precincts
- library / resource centres
- gymnasium and outdoor sporting facilities
- outdoor learning spaces
- VCE study spaces
- canteens
The Shepparton community hopes that this new site will provide excellent facilities, curriculum and support for students from all backgrounds and abilities. The inclusion of great sports facilities and outdoor spaces is an important inclusion for the health and wellbeing of students, staff and the Greater Shepparton community.
